Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is a singer who plays back as well as an actress and musician. She works primarily as musician and performer for Tamil and Malayalam films. Her acting debut came in the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam which was followed by her Malayalam debut was with Annayum's Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah grew up in an Anglo-Indian house in Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Andrea's father was a Madras High Court lawyer. The younger sister of her is an Belgian research assistant that has a job in Leuven. Jeremiah was raised near Chennai and attended National Public School and graduated from Women's Christian College. Andrea began learning classical piano at age eight. She was a big enthusiast who aspired to become a psychiatrist. She was part of the Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars aged 10.
