Perdita weeks is best known as her role as the Welsh actress who portrayed Mary Boleyn on popular TV show "The Tudors". Perdy who she is affectionately known, is a remarkable actor despite not having been trained in a drama school. An art historian, this beautiful actor is naturally gifted in acting. She developed her skills by simply being on set for films from an early age. According to Weeks she had no intention of following in her older sisters footsteps when she was old. But after her Hollywood debut with 'Goggle Eyes her mother Susan Weeks agreed to register her and the brother Rollos names with the acting school and the agency of Sylvia Young. When she was ever given an audition request, her mother would come to pick them up from the school for boarding (or"prison in the hills") as Weeks would call it. Erika was a young prodigy who dreamed about being working in show business. The town she grew up in was Atlanta, Georgia, she went to a high school for performing arts. Her move into New York City at the age of 18 to pursue her goals. Erika had her son and married him shortly after her arrival in New York, but she didn't give up on the desire to become musician and singer. After divorcing her first husband Erika went to Los Angeles where she met and later married trial attorney Tom Girardi. It was finally her turn as her son turned an teen to pursue her passion for music. Her pseudonym Erika began her journey into the music industry by releasing "Rollercoaster", which reached number one in the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club Play. Since then Erika has had several number one Billboard songs that toured around the globe and has collaborated with artists like of Flo Rida. Erika became a New York Times Bestseller with her autobiography Pretty Mess. Then, she landed a Broadway role of Roxie in the musical Chicago. In November 2020 Erika revealed that she together with Tom were divorcing after 21 years of marriage. Recently, Erika has made a mark in the beauty scene with the launch of the line of extensions for hair Pretty Mess Hair.
